- What types of items do you sell?
- Since we've been working in the film and video production industry for three decades, we generally want items relating to that field. We frequently sell items like video cameras, video recorders, film cameras, digital cameras, lenses, filters, recording equipment, mixers, microphones, lights, computers, Apple laptops, telephones, LCD and plasma televisions, grip equipment, studio equipment, and any other production equipment. We know what these items are worth and how to get the best price for them.
- Why should I use AuctionSetup instead of uploading pictures to eBay myself?
- AuctionSetup has been studying eBay and the auction business for years and we have a feel for getting the best price in the shortest time. We have a track record not only on eBay (we are Powersellers with over 1500 positive responses) but with clients who are surprised at the prices we are able to get for their items.
- Will AuctionSetup buy my widget for cash and auction it themselves?
- Yes, depending on the specific item and the amount you want for it, we will sometimes buy your item for cash. While it never hurts to ask, we make no promises that we will pay cash for your item. Most of the time we can get more money for you by auctioning your item.
- When do I get my money?
- You will receive your check approximately 20 business days after we have received payment and the buyer has received, approved, and accepted your item.
- I'm a retailer and I already have photos and ad copy. How can AuctionSetup save me money?
- The old adage, "Time is money" applies here. Do you have time to keep track of your auctions as well as run your business? Have you already established a Powerseller rating? If you already have photos and copy, that's even better. Why not concentrate on running your business and let us take care of all the auction details for you. Since we have a track record, you will get higher prices for your goods.
- How much can I get for my widget?
- Obviously, this depends on the item itself. Suffice it to say, we will attempt to garner the largest possible amount in the shortest amount of time. We will always have a price in mind before we sell your items. The combination of what you want, what we can get, and the real world value of your item will ultimately decide the final selling price.
